"The Culture & Heritage team at the London Borough of Waltham Forest worked with Ian Nolan and his team over a two year period on The Streets, a cross-borough cultural project funded by Arts Council England and produced by Serious.  We built a strong and positive working relationship with Ian over the course of the project: he was an excellent communicator and very understanding of – and responsive to - our needs, particularly impressive given the complex nature of a  project where multiple, diverse stakeholders were involved.  We were consistently impressed with the quality of the production which Ian’s team delivered at each of the events – everything ran very smoothly which meant we were able to enjoy events rather than having to troubleshoot issues!"

Emma McGovern | Special Projects Manager I London Borough of Waltham Forest
