BoomTown is undoubtedly the most immersive, creative and ambitious festival that takes place in the UK.  With a site of more than 100 acres, and thousands of kilometres of frontages, their world encompasses 8 sub-districts and hundreds of stages and performance spaces ranging from a pirate ship to small, intimate hideaways.

Our team was brought in to run the Event Control Centre, providing Control Centre Managers and Radio Operators for 24-hour cover - from before the site opened until all of the 35,000 revellers had made their way home. 
 
In addition to managing the Event Control Centre, Ian worked with the BoomTown team to write sections of the Event Management Plan.
